store items are subject to available inventory. some items may be sold from small inventory batches. other items may be temporarily 'out-of-stock'. for the latest updates, follow the official photoncards updates on Twitter. prices and inventories are subject to change without notice. the store reserves rights to discontinue an item at any time without any notice in advance of a particular order. the store reserves rights to limit quantities or to even cancel an order.
store prices are in USD. any prices noted on web pages or on price special updates might not include shipping costs or taxes.
shipping policies
items that are 'in stock' normally ship within a few business days if not sooner.
'out-of-stock' items will normally ship within 2 business days of when item becomes 'in stock', if not sooner.
'out-of-stock' items will normally become 'in stock' by the end of the next calendar month if not sooner.
the store shall strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
it is possible that some future price specials might include a shipping schedule guarantee. at this time, however, shoppers are advised to order early to avoid regular or seasonal delays.
shopper advisory: if you are ordering advance or out-of-stock items, then please allow up to 1 calendar month plus for both production and shipping.
holiday shopping alert: order by mid November or at latest by the end of November for production and shipping by mid or late December.
shipping cost guarantee
the store will always try to find the lowest Priority Shipping cost for each order. any shipping cost savings will be credited back to the customer within a few days of the shipping date.
advance price policy
published-price guarantee for advance pricing!
customers who order an advance-priced item from the store are guaranteed any lower price to be published by the store within 90 calendar days of transaction. and the price for an order of an advance-price item will not increase.
any adjustment to correspond to a lower published price will be credited by the store directly to the customer's method of payment within two business days of the published price.
details of any price adjustment will be specified in a statement to be e mailed to customer around the time that the price adjustment is applied.
the store reserves rights to set prices. purchase of an advance-price item does not obligate the store to publish a lower price.
prospective customers should consider requesting a price special (at no obligation to buy) for a particular item.
refund policy
if for any reason the store determines that an order cannot be fulfilled by the end of the next calendar month, then customer will be notified of any options for either a refund or to await availability.
return policy
item price and any taxes paid will be refunded for returns within 14 days after delivered. returns must be unused and shipped priority. in the unlikely event of an order that is damaged or defective, a shipping fee might also be subject to refund.
